KOSCIUSKO COUNTY — The Wawasee FFA is hosting its second annual “Feed the Farmers” event from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., or while supplies last, on Saturday, Oct. 19.

Farmers, truck drivers, grain haulers and more can come and receive a free lunch at one of several local grain elevators. Pickup locations will be at Clunette Elevator, Cargill, Deatsman Grain Elevator, and CereServe. One does not need to be a customer at the grain elevator to receive a meal.

Meals include ham and cheese sandwiches, donated by Owens Meat Market of Leesburg, along with items donated by Milford Food Bank and the Wawasee FFA and their families.
