SILVER LAKE — One woman was airlifted after an ATV accident on Sunday, Oct. 13.
At 2:14 p.m., first responders were dispatched to an ATV accident involving a woman near the 12000 block South CR 500W, Silver Lake.
Officers called a Parkview Samaritan Helicopter to airlift her for her injuries.
No other information is available at this time.
Responding agencies included Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office, Silver Lake Fire Department, Parkview EMS and Parkview Samaritan Helicopter.
