MARION — A statewide Silver Alert has been declared for a missing Marion man.

Merrill Andrews

Marion Police Department is investigating the disappearance of Merrill Andrews. Andrews is an 83-year-old white male, who is 5 feet 6 inches tall and170 pounds with white hair and blue eyes.

He was last seen at 4 a.m. Sunday, Oct. 20 wearing a tan baseball cap, blue puffy coat, blue jeans and white tennis shoes.

He is believed to be in extreme danger and may require medical assistance.
