WARSAW — One person was taken to the hospital after a wreck on SR 15, south of Warsaw.

It happened before 12:30 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 22, at CR 200S.

A Kosciusko County Sheriff’s deputy confirmed a person was transported by ambulance, but couldn’t comment further on the extent of injuries.

Also responding to the scene were the Warsaw Police Department, Lutheran EMS and Warsaw-Wayne Fire Territory.

The other vehicle involved in the wreck is shown.
