Combined Community Services Hosts Food A Thon

WARSAW — Combined Community Services is hosting its annual Food A Thon, a critical event that helps stock its Food Pantry for the winter months, on Friday and Saturday Nov. 8-9.
According to a CCS news release, CCS currently has over 800 households visiting its pantry each month in order to have groceries for their families.
How To Help
Donate unexpired or non-perishable goods.
CCS asks for food items such as bread, pasta, rice, beans, canned fruit, coffee, long-life milk, Ovaltine, tea, juice, cake, Mac and cheese, soups, pasta sauce, pancake mix, syrup, pop tarts, oatmeal, box dinners, cereal, honey, jam, peanut butter and other canned goods.
Non-food items needed include diapers, baby wipes, unopened baby formula, feminine hygiene products, toilet paper, shampoo and conditioner, toothpaste, toothbrushes and deodorant.
