Gary Spangle

WARSAW — Homes Land & Lakes Realty has welcomed Gary Spangle to the real estate agency.

Spangle grew up in Claypool and graduated from Warsaw Community High School. He has a lifetime of experience working in the area in the construction trades and then in the livestock industry for 26 years. He was a member of the Kosciusko County Cattleman’s Association and served as its director for a term. In 2016, he graduated from the Worldwide College of Auctioneering in Iowa and, in 2017, he graduated from the Beer School of Real Estate. He is a member of the Indiana Auctioneers Association, Kosciusko County Board of Realtors, Indiana Association of Realtors and National Association of Realtors.

Spangle resides in Warsaw with his wife, Maxine. They are members of the First Freewill Baptist Church in Claypool.

Spangle said he looks forward to forging good relationships with clients to help them achieve their goals.
