You are hereby notified that on the 19th day of November, 2024 at 9:15 a.m. in the Commissioner’s Hearing Room, 2nd floor, Courthouse, 100 West Center Street, Warsaw, Indiana, the Board of Commissioners of Kosciusko County will conduct a hearing in regard to a petition filed by John B. Camden and Mary Beth Camden for vacation of a portion of Northside Road (EMS B 27 Lane) a public way within the limits of Kosciusko County, Indiana, described as follows, to-wit:

The south 25’ by parallel lines of Northside Road (EMS B 27 Lane) as shown on the Plat of Camden’s Addition to El-Nel Park, Big Barbee Lake as recorded in Plat Book 5, page 151 in the Office of the Recorder of Kosciusko County, Indiana, from the east line of the west ½ of Lot 8 in said addition extended north to the east right-of-way line of South Barbee Drive.
