WARSAW — The YMCA will offer free A1C and blood pressure screenings 5:45 – 7 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 19 and 11:45 a.m. to 1 p.m. Friday, Nov. 22 at the Parkview Warsaw location.

Through a federal grant, the Y is able to provide free A1C screenings to detect prediabetes. No fasting is required. While giving the A1C Screening, YMCA staff will also provide a free blood pressure reading and teach how the YMCA’s Blood Pressure Self-Monitoring Program can help manage and/or reduce blood pressure.

At the North Webster location, the Y is offering blood pressure readings only.
