Howard Phillip “Joe” Rosebaum, 83, Plymouth, died at 11:41 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 5, 2024, at home.

He was born Oct. 6, 1941. His wife, Clara (Powell) Rosebaum, whom he married June 4, 1966, survives.

He also is survived by his daughters, Tawnya (Todd) Thayer, Lisa (Bobby) Hensley and Lori (Michael) Parrish, all of Argos; five grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and brother, Edward Rosebaum, Hanna.
