Indiana’s Tiniest County Fair Coming To Warsaw
News Release
WARSAW — The Kosciusko County Historical Society will be hosting the “Carnival of Sharing” exhibit at the Old Jail Museum Wednesday, Nov. 20, through Saturday, Nov. 23.
The event is being held in conjunction with The Salvation Army of Warsaw to raise money for the church’s annual Christmas drive.
“Carnival of Sharing” is Indiana’s smallest county fair: a working scale model of a typical Midwestern county fair — including grand stand attractions, food vendors, animal barns and one of the most elaborate model midways in the U.S. — all reproduced in exacting HO scale. The display includes more than 2,000 hand-painted figures and represents more than 13 scale acres.
During the event, donations will be taken to benefit The Salvation Army’s Christmas fund to help residents in need.
The Old Jail Museum is located at 121 N. Indiana St. in downtown Warsaw. Hours for the exhibit are 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 20, through Friday, Nov. 22, and 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 23.
