Rebecca Gail (Perkins) Worm, 69, Bremen, died at 12:37 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 10, 2024, at Memorial Hospital, South Bend.

She was born Nov. 27, 1954. On June 28, 1975, she married Dennis A. Worm, who survives.

She also is survived by two daughters, Amanda (Thomas) Rink and Kimberly Worm, both of Bremen; a granddaughter; and many dear friends.
