Raymond E. Payne

LOGANSPORT — A Statewide Silver Alert has been declared for a Delphi man.

The Logansport Police Department is investigating the disappearance of Raymond E. Payne, a 41-year-old white man who is 5 feet 11 inches tall and weighs 173 pounds. He has brown hair and blue eyes, and was last seen wearing a black sweatshirt and blue jeans.

Raymond is missing from Delphi, which is 63 miles northwest of Indianapolis, and was last seen at 9:24 a.m. Sunday, Nov. 10. He is believed to be in extreme danger and may require medical assistance.
