North Webster Tree Lighting Festivities Nov. 23

NORTH WEBSTER — The North Webster tree lighting festivities will be from 3-6:30 p.m. this Saturday, Nov. 23. A variety of activities, free food and discounts at local businesses will be found around town.
There will be free food, music and an ATV parade is at 6 p.m.
The North Webster Elementary School Kids’ Choir will perform and there will be a community sing-a-long.
Visit Santa Claus starting at 3 p.m. at the fire station. Sleigh rides will be from 4-6 p.m. at the fire station’s brick house.
Free chili and a live reindeer will be at Tangibles.
North Webster library will have story time on Pilcher’s lawn.
Ace Hardware and The Dixie will have free popcorn, too.
Jill and Jennifer’s will have free hot dogs; bring food pantry donations.
The River will have free hot chocolate. Pine Outdoor Apparel will have a live elf on the shelf for photos.
Northwest Bank will have craft, create a Christmas button, inside Pilcher’s.
Sue’s Creations will have a calendar giveaway, a sale and a free ornament with a minimum purchase, beverages and more.
Bring up to five non-perishables for the North Webster Food Pantry and get 5% off a purchase at Roll ‘N’ Smoke.
Also, make reindeer food at the North Webster Community Center’s tent.
Caliber Designs will have a visit with The Grinch from 4-6 p.m.
Clayton’s Garden Center will have a free drawing for a wreath, poinsettia and porch pot, and enjoy cookies while visiting its booth on Washington Street.
A drawing for five Heart of the Lakes T-shirts will take place. Make s’mores with the Wawasee High School Student Council at Dock of the Bay/Guy’s Lawn Care’s tent. Firewood and skewers are provided by Fisherman Cove Resort.
