Boggs is the library director at Mentone Bell Memorial Public Library.

Boggs began his career as a librarian the first day the Plymouth Library reopened after the Blizzard of ’78. Boggs was the director at New Carlisle Public Library for nearly 30 years before coming to Mentone 10 years ago. He lives in New Carlisle.
