Warsaw

Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following accidents:

• 1:41 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 26, 2450 Deelyn Drive, Warsaw. Driver: Jessie D. Garris, 25, West CR 1200S, Silver Lake. Garris was attempting to park her vehicle when she accidentally hit the gas, causing her vehicle to hit the Danco Anodizing building. Damage up to $10,000.

• 6:47 p.m. Monday, Nov. 25, US 30, at the intersection of CR 200N, Warsaw. Drivers: Misty D. Warren, 47, West Shilling Road, Mentone; Stewart A. Hoover, 59, Aqueduct Lane Apartment 7, Warsaw; and Derek M. Ault, 26, East Walnut Street, Warsaw. Warren was attempting to turn left onto CR 200N when she hit Hoover’s vehicle, which was traveling west on US 30. Both Warren and Hoover said they had a green light. The collision caused Warren’s vehicle to spin and hit Ault’s vehicle. Ault was stopped at a red light in the left lane of CR 200N. Warren had abdominal pain and was taken to Lutheran Kosciusko Hospital. Hoover complained of shoulder pain. A passenger in Hoover’s vehicle, Tauri Hoover, 22, Warsaw, complained of abdominal and chest pain. The Hoovers were also taken to LKH. Damage up to $25,000.

• 5:24 p.m. Monday, Nov. 25, SR 15, at the intersection of West CR 300N, Warsaw. Drivers: Kevin L. McKay, 66, East CR 500S, Warsaw; Lillian E. Dwyer, 24, North Jefferson Street, Silver Lake; and Christopher M. Cole, 46, East Center Street, Warsaw. McKay said he was slowing for a red light when his foot slipped off the brake, resulting in his vehicle rear-ending Dwyer’s. This caused Dwyer’s vehicle to rear-end Cole’s. Damage up to $25,000.

• 9:56 a.m. Monday, Nov. 25, North Parker Street, at the intersection of East US 30, Warsaw. Drivers: Candi S. Norris, 65, CR 48, Syracuse; and Jasmine R. Hyden, 19, Anchorage Road Lot 34, Warsaw. Norris was attempting to merge into the right lane of travel when she hit Hyden’s vehicle. Damage up to $2,500.

Fulton County

Officers with the Fulton County Sheriff’s Office investigated the following accidents:

• 5:36 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 27, 213100 block East SR 114, Akron. Driver: Cody McDonald, 32, Akron. Hit deer.

• 9:43 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 26, 700 block East Ninth Street, Rochester. Driver: Dalton Prater, 26, Akron. Prater’s vehicle hit a curb and struck a restaurant. Alcohol is believed to be a factor in the accident.

• 2:43 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 26, 300 block Main Street, Rochester. Drivers: Eric Babcock, 61, Nashville, Tenn.; and Patricia Pomeroy, 86, Rochester. Two-vehicle collision.
