Clifton “Cliff” Ray Howard Sr., born on Sept. 27, 1947, in Owensboro, Ky., diedat his home in North Manchester, on Nov. 28, 2024.

]Survivors include sons, Joseph (Tina) Howard, Spring Grove, Va., Timothy (Sheryal) Howard, Joliet, Ill., Jerry (Paula) Howard, Paragould, Ark., and Bradley (April) Howard, Harrisburg, Ark.; daughter, Peggy Soos, Logansport; brothers, Michael (Deborah) Howard, Lombard, Ill., and Steve Howard, Ottawa, Ill.; sisters, Brenda Chambers, Decatur, Ala., Kathie Howard, Leland, Ill., Beverly Hawkins, Sandwich, Ill., and Jeannie (Rick) Huftel, Ottawa, Ill.; many grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren.
