On a local level, Marcia Anderson, board president of the Kosciusko Board of Realtors, is very optimistic about 2015. “We are blessed to have a strong economic base fueled by the orthopedic industry and its supporting network of companies. Our abundance of lakes and recreational opportunities are a strong draw for second home buyers. These factors contribute to our local real estate market often exceeding state and national statistics.”
