‘Sought-After’ Warsaw Man In Custody
Kosciusko County officers have apprehended, Matthew Scott Boggs, 41. Boggs was a “sought-after” Warsaw man with numerous criminal charges.
Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Deputies, along with the assistance of the Indiana State Police, took Boggs into custody this morning shortly before 2. The numerous charges include pending court cases — forgery, stalking, theft, invasion of privacy and possession of methamphetamine.
Information provided by numerous citizens subsequently led Kosciusko County deputies to a location in the Barbee Lake area south of North Webster.
An initial bond of $200,000 was set on Boggs, but Kosciusko County Superior Court I has now placed a “no bond” on his various charges.
The Kosciusko County Prosecutor’s Office advises that the defendant’s charge is merely an accusation and that the defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
