Woody Has Bond Revoked On 2009 Case
In 2010, Brandon T. Woody was sentenced on eight charges followed by a probation he violated in September 2013. A bond revocation hearing was held this morning in Kosciusko Superior Court 1, that revoked the original $5,000 surety bond.
The request, made by Ace Bail Bonds who was the bond holder in that case, was granted and the surety bond was released. The revocation of the bond releases the bond company from any further obligation.
Woody was sentenced on April 5, 2010, on three theft charges, two burglary charges, resisting law enforcement, dealing in marijuana and receiving stolen property. He was sentenced to six years on each of the burglary charges and two years each on other charges. His release date was Nov. 14, 2012, and he was then to be placed on probation.
