Kosciusko

Officers with the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated the following accident:

11:07 a.m. Monday, April 6, East CR 1300N and North CR 300E, Milford. Driver: Nicholas W. Ray, 27, North Turkey Creek Road, Syracuse. Ray lost lost control of the semi-trailer when the tires locked up and the trailer started to sway and roll over. This also caused the semitractor to roll over. The vehicle is registered to Patrick Industries, West Franklin Street, Elkhart. Damage up to $50,000.

Warsaw

Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following accident:

2 p.m. Monday, April 6, 390 Argonne Road, Warsaw. Driver: Stanley L. Snoke, 53, Crescent Drive, Warsaw. Snoke was backing a semitractor into the west along East Hendricks Street, within the property of Warsaw Chemical when the semitrailer hit a utility pole. Damage up to $2,500.
