Kelly Ann Jefferson, 47, of Warsaw, Ind., passed away at 9:35 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 25, 2012, at Kosciusko Community Hospital, Warsaw.

She was born March, 17, 1965, in Warsaw, to Dan E. Rife and Judy Kay (Sparrow) Dawalt. She was a homemaker and worked at Wildman’s Uniform and Linen, Warsaw.

Kelly is survived by two daughters: Tara M. (Brett) Fox-Bradley, Warsaw; and Alexis N. Rickel, Kansas City, Missouri; a son: James A. Britt, Warsaw; a granddaughter: Alanna N. Bradley; four sisters: Angela (Doug) Reed, Warsaw; Jody R. Yeazel, Syracuse, Ind.; Sandra J. Dawalt, Warsaw; Dara D. (Brent) Howard, Warsaw; her stepfather: Jerry D. Dawalt, Warsaw; a stepbrother: Mike Summers, Warsaw; two stepsisters: Paula Wood, Warsaw; and Sherry Bradford, Warsaw.

She was preceded in death by her mother: Judy Dawalt; and her father: Dan Rife.

A memorial service will be held at a later date with Pastor Bryan Koorey, Warsaw Community Church, Warsaw.
