The LaGrange County Sheriff’s Department is warning drivers on US 20 of a large sinkhole that has opened up on the shoulder of the road.

Dispatch received a call regarding the sinkhole in the area of Brushy Prairie (925 E.) along US 20 east of LaGrange. The responding officer took the photos and contacted the Indiana Department of Transportation to investigate.

Anyone driving along US 20 is urged to use caution. The red flag on the map below marks the approximate location.
