Jimmy Gamble
Jimmy Gamble, Culver, passed away Wednesday, May 6.
He was born on Jan. 20, 1949, in Rochester, to Curtis E. and Grace C. (Mevis) Gamble. He served his country in the United States Army. Jimmy married the former Billie Jones on Dec. 31, 1970. She passed away in August 1992. Jimmy worked in the maintainence department at Parkview Hospital, Plymouth, and continued with Saint Joseph Hospital, Plymouth.
Jimmy is survived by his mother: Grace C. Gamble, Plymouth; his sons: Todd (Amy) Gamble, Rochester, Anthony (Faith) Gamble, Plymouth, Casey (Jessika) Gamble, South Whitley; his daughters: Jenni Greene, Plymouth; Kimberly Baugh, Culver; 14 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; his brothers: Douglas Gamble, Plymouth and Terrance ( Lynnette) Gamble, Argos; his sisters: Debra, Florida, and Brenda (Randy) Hoskin, Plymouth; and his longtime companion: Betty Gamble.
He was preceded in passing by his father: Curtis E. Gamble, and his brother: Curtis Gamble.
A celebration of life is planned for 5-8 p.m. Tuesday, May 12 at Van Gilder Funeral Home, 300 W. Madison St., Plymouth.
