Local Students Serve As Pages At Statehouse
State Sen. Ryan Mishler recently welcomed the following students to the Statehouse who served as Senate pages in March and April:
- Grace Gebo, from Mishawaka, attends Mishawaka High School.
- Riley Rose, from Plymouth, attends Plymouth High School.
- Mitchell Rose, from Plymouth, attends Lincoln Junior High School.
- Daniel Stauffer, from Plymouth, attends Lincoln Junior High School.
- Zoe White, from Syracuse, attends Milford School.
- Mia Warstler, from Syracuse, is a homeschool student and attends Wawasee High School.
- Wyatt Williamson, from Carmel, attends Carmel High School.
- Spencer Prine, from Carmel, attends Carmel High School.
Pages spend a day at the Statehouse, touring the historic building, observing debates from the chamber floor and interacting with their state senators.
Students in grades six through 12 participate in the page program on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays during the legislative session.
