Bob McCoy Brown

Bob M. Brown, 79, Parent Drive, Warsaw, has been arrested and charged with sexual battery, a level 6 felony. He was arrested Friday, June 26, and held on $5,000 surety, $250 cash bonds.

The affidavit of probable cause states a woman came to Warsaw Police Department on June 19 to report a sexual harassment complaint. The woman reported Brown has been sexually harassing her since last summer.

The female stated he became more brazen this summer by touching her breast and smacking her on the buttocks. She also reported he offered her money to have sexual intercourse with him and to touch her.

Brown admitted to police he liked the female’s breast and body. He also admitted to offering her money to allow him to fondle her breasts.
