SYRACUSE – Tammy Cotton of the Syracuse-Wawasee Chamber of Commerce talks about the 2015 Tour des Lakes. A record number of participants came out for the annual event.

The Tour des Lakes is a leisurely bike ride through gently rolling hills and scenery around the beautiful lakes in Kosciusko County. The tour traveled around over 8 lakes beginning with Syracuse Lake, Lake Wawasee, Papakeechee Lake, Webster Lake, Tippecanoe Lake and several other small lakes along the way. Between the lakes participants enjoyed a beautiful ride across the country-side and through Kosciusko’s quaint, small towns. The tour rides were 25k, 50k and 100k. There was also a Free Family Fun Ride around Syracuse Lake which was approximately five miles.
