CROMWELL — Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Deputies and Drug Task Force officers arrested Erin Elaine Siefert, 28, Cromwell, on preliminary charges of dealing a Schedule I, II, III, Controlled Substance. Siefert was taken in the custody without incident Monday in the town of North Webster, and then booked into the Kosciusko County Jail on a $10,250 bond.
Kosciusko County DTF officers stated the arrest of Seifert was the culmination of a month-long investigation. Undercover officers also stated there has been an increased presence of LSD (lysergic acid diethylamide, commonly referred to as “acid”) within the county.
Officers also stated Siefert’s arrest had no correlation between the arrest of Jared Frantz on similar charges from last week.
Sheriff Aaron Rovenstine stated that citizens are encouraged to report potential drug related activity to the Drug Task Force via the anonymous TIP line (574) 372-2494.
