Brad K Johnson, 60, of Warsaw, passed away at 7:44 a.m. Tuesday July 28, 2015, at his home.

He was born on Nov. 18, 1954, to Jack and Sharon (Coons) Johnson in Hartford City. He was married to Sherri Maggard on Aug. 22, 1988 who survives in Warsaw.

In addition to Sherri he is also survived by his brother: Rod (Dorothy) Johnson, Hartford City; his sisters: Tami Johnson, Muncie; and Vanna Devoe, Muncie; his sons: Brady (Melissa) Johnson, Bluffton; Brandon (Jennifer) Johnson, Greenfield; and Chris (Heather) Johnson, Warsaw; his daughters: Sara Phegley, Decatur; and Stephanie (Reggie) Ellison, Hartford City; 11 grandchildren; and his best friend: Sammy the dog.

He was preceded in death by his parents: Jack (Patricia) Johnson; and Sharon (Bob) Patterson.

There will be a visitation with family and friends from 4 p.m. until 6 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 6, at Christ’s Covenant Church, Winona Lake. McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, Warsaw is entrusted to his arrangements.
