Cox-VanZant Wed In Syracuse
SYRACUSE — Anita Lynn Eberly Cox, North Webster, and Alfred E. VanZant, West Union, Ohio, were married at 3 p.m. June 20, 2015, at St. Andrew’s United Methodist Church, Syracuse.
The bride is the daughter of Raymond and Rena Pridemore, Mallie, Ky., and Larry Eberly, Hilham, Tenn. The bridegroom is the son of the late Charles E. VanZant.
Ed Beedle, lead pastor at St. Andrew’s United Methodist Church, officiated the double-ring wedding ceremony in front of 40 guests.
The bride wore an elegant, strapless mermaid floral dress with small-medium train and a Terra veil clip with mid-length veil. She carried a mixture of coral and white roses.
Maid of honor was Crystal Pamer, best friend of the bride. Bridesmaids were Heather Cox, daughter of the bride, and Shelly Sabin, friend of the bride. Flower girl was Caitlyn Cox, daughter of the bride. Junior bridesmaid was Courtney Cox, daughter of the bride. The attendants wore coral and mint dresses that went past the knee, free-flowing. Junior bridesmaid wore a mint dress just above the knee and the flower girl wore a long, flowing coral dress.
Best man was Rich Sander, best friend of the groom. Groomsmen were Derrick Click, son of the bride; Brandon VanZant, son of the groom; and Clay VanZant, son of the groom.
Following the ceremony, a reception was held at the North Webster Community Center. Hosts were siblings of the groom and daughter-in-law of the couple.
The couple is planning a honeymoon trip next year.
The bride is a 1996 graduate of West Noble High School. She is employed at Dutchman RV. The bridegroom is a 1987 graduate of West Union High School. He is employed at Forest River.
The couple resides in North Webster.
