Manchester University Names Three New Deans

NORTH MANCHESTER — Manchester University has named three academic deans. The school says the new positions are part of organizational changes creating a four-college structure on the Wabash County campus.
Leonard Wilson is dean of the College of Education and Social Sciences. The Fort Wayne resident has taught at Manchester since 1982. Department of Art Chair Thelma Rohrer is dean of the College of Arts and Humanities. She is a Manchester graduate who has also studied at Ohio State University, the University of Michigan and the University of Notre Dame.
Tim Ogden, chair of the Department of Accounting and Business, is dean of the College of Business. He has private law practice experience and has taught at Manchester for 25 years. The school named Raylene Rospond dean of the new College of Pharmacy, Natural and Health Sciences in May. Allen Machielson was named dean of student experience last month. Manchester says it will appoint a sixth dean to oversee the Student Success Center.
