• Todd Joseph Guiff, 45, 773 N. Chapman Lane, Warsaw, arrested on two counts of driving while suspended with prior and possession of marijuana. Bond: $1,500.

Aug. 28

• Cody Lee Kirkland, 28, 19512 Carter Lane, new Paris, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated. No bond listed.
• Dale Birch Stephens, 23, 12372 CR 148, Syracuse, arrested for another jurisdiction.

• Jaron Wesley Wiggs, 27, 402 W.
