Healthy Eating For One Or Two
WARSAW — Preparing meals as a single person or two can be challenging. Eating out, hitting the drive through or grabbing a frozen dinner seems quick and easy, but these practices can really take a toll on your pocketbook and overall health.
The key to cooking for one or two is to master a few basic skills, stock up on essential ingredients and add a bit of creativity to help make meals that work for you.
Join Sue Delagrange for the free program, Healthy Eating for One or Two. The event will be held from 2-3:30 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 22 at K21 Health Service Pavillion, 1515 Provident Drive, Warsaw. The event is hosted by the Cancer Services of Northeast Indiana.
