Warsaw Police officers were called to South Wood Street at about 1:30 p.m. today where one man was ultimately taken into custody.

Kyle White, 18, of Warsaw, was approached by a Warsaw Police officer after police allegedly received a call that the man was trespassing. Residents who live near where White was taken into custody said the suspect is known to police and this was not the first time he had trespassed.

Scanner traffic, however, indicated White ran from an officer when he was approached. White ran to South Wood Street where he was confronted by three police units and ultimately arrested for disorderly conduct.
