Officers with the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated the following accidents:
12:21 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 17, North Airport Road and CR 300N, Warsaw. Driver: Jodi L. Susaraba, 46, North Royal Oak Court, Warsaw. Susaraba swerved to miss a deer and her vehicle hit a fence. Damage up to $2,500.
8:52 p.m. Friday, Oct. 16, East CR 200N west of North CR 100E, Warsaw. Driver: Mary B. Campbell, 82, East CR 200N, Warsaw. Deer hit vehicle. Damage under $750.
Milford
Officers with the Milford Police Department investigated the following accident:
3:05 p.m. Friday, Oct. 16, 309 W. Emeline St., Milford. Drivers: Alexus K. Greene, 18, EMS B37 Lane, Warsaw, and Allyson J. Watson, 24, CR 42, Goshen. Greene backed out of a parking space and her vehicle hit Watson’s. Damage up to $2,500.
Warsaw
Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following accidents:
6:39 p.m. Friday, Oct. 16, East Center Street and North Bronson Street, Warsaw. Drivers: Erin E. Siefert, 28, South SR 25, Mentone, and Dan L. Doberstein, 52, North Randolph Street, South Whitley. Siefert turned into Doberstein’s path and his vehicle collided with hers. She left the scene and was later cited for leaving the scene. Damage up to $5,000.
3:42 p.m. Friday, Oct. 16, Lake City Highway and Orthopedic Drive, Warsaw. Drivers: Trevis A. Smith, 24, South CR 700W, Claypool, and Warren D. Adams, 49, West Corlys Lane, Silver Lake. While waiting to proceed at the stop light, Smith became distracted and his vehicle rear-ended Adams’s. A passenger in Adams’s vehicle, Sue L. Brown, 66, West Corlys Lane, Silver Lake, was transported to Kosciusko Community Hospital with complaints of neck pain. Damage up to $5,000.
7:38 a.m. Friday, Oct. 16, Fisher Avenue and Tiger Lane, Warsaw. Drivers: Scott E. Powell, 40, East Center Street, Warsaw, and Michael R. Marsh, 33, East Clark Street, Warsaw. After stopping at a stop sign, Powell proceeded into the intersection, where his vehicle collided with Marsh’s. Powell was transported to Kosciusko Community Hospital with lacerations to his head. Damage up to $2,500.
