In the area where Bean was seated, police found an eyeglass container containing a hypodermic syringe, pipe, cut straw and metal pipe. In the same area, officers found a make up bag that contained a metal tin. Inside the tin was a white powdery substance. Also found, In the passenger door panel, were digital scales and a blue plastic container containing a white powdery substance was found.
A field test of the substance on the scales and in the containers, returned a positive result for methamphetamine.
The driver told police he purchased the vehicle for Bean and she has had possession of the vehicle for two months. He also stated Bean and the other female occupant of the vehicle had picked him up, but he knew nothing about the items found in the vehicle.
