Cubs To Host Job Fairs
SOUTH BEND – On the heels of a record-breaking and award-winning season, the South Bend Cubs are looking for the friendliest customer service-focused people in Michiana to join their team. The organization will host three different job fairs across Michiana to fill vacant game-day positions at Four Winds Field. Each job fair will have representatives from the organization conducting on-site interviews with applicants.
“Last season was the most successful year the South Bend franchise has ever had. A majority of that success is due to the hard work of our game-day staff,” said Joe Hart, President of the South Bend Cubs. “This year, we’re looking to build upon the staff we already have in place and continue to provide the excellent customer service that has made the South Bend Cubs the gold standard in all of Minor League Baseball.”
In December, the South Bend Cubs received the John H. Johnson President’s Award, Minor League Baseball’s top honor.
Some of the positions the team will be looking to fill this year include a Fun Zone staff supervisor, ticket sellers, hospitality hosts, parking attendants, custodial services, team store employees, promotions team members and concessions team members.
Job seekers are encouraged to fill out an application before they arrive at the job fair. The application can be found on the employment opportunities page at SouthBendCubs.com. Applications will also be available at each job fair location.
