Marshall County Under ‘Watch’ Travel Advisory
MARSHALL COUNTY — Marshall County will be upgrading from the current “Advisory” level travel advisory status to a “Watch” level travel advisory.
A “Watch” level travel advisory indicates that conditions are threatening to the safety of the public. Only essential travel such as to and from work, or in emergency situations is recommended. Businesses, schools, government agencies and other organizations are encouraged to implement their emergency action plans.
Snow covered and icy roads along with poor visibility due to blizzard conditions will make driving extremely hazardous.
Use extreme caution if you must be out. Give yourself extra time to reach your destination. Slow down and increase your following distance.
