Manchester University To Host Cranfill

FORT WAYNE — Andrea Cranfill, co-founder and principal of the consulting and leadership firm Flashpoint, will speak about Culture, People, and Clients: Finding Joy in Leading at the Manchester University Fort Wayne campus, 10627 Diebold Road.
Free and open to all women, it is at 6 p.m. Tuesday, May 3, preceded by a networking reception with light hors d’oeuvres and cash bar at 5:30 p.m.
The presentation is part of the Women’s Impact Project: Conviction in Action series offered by Manchester. The quarterly series of lectures focuses on educating, empowering and encouraging women in northeast Indiana to use their passions and leadership skills to make a difference.
Cranfill will share her insights and greatest satisfactions about leading a business, specifically around building culture, hiring talented people and helping them reach their fullest potential. She offers inspiration as well as sage and helpful advice for women looking to start a business or break out on their own.
Throughout her career, Cranfill has provided hundreds of clients with consulting on strategic leadership initiatives. She is especially skilled at helping organizations assess their current state, build consensus around strategy and execute their plans. She’s worked extensively with leaders to help them improve performance and company results.
