3:05 p.m. Monday, April 25, Herscher Drive and St. Marys Drive, Warsaw. Driver: Anthony I. Ulrey, 18, Ranch Road, Warsaw. Ulrey’s vehicle went off the road and hit a utility pole. Damage up to $10,000.
