Mike Tiltges of Syracuse, left, won the Milford Fest Car/Tractor/Motorcycle Best In Show trophy for his 1999 Ford Shelby, which was presented by new Milford Party Pack owner, Nicole Dippon. She will continue sponsoring the trophy, following in the tradition of Don Trammel, who did so for 15 years.
MILFORD — Ron Marquart had a lot to be happy about at the 2016 Milford Fest Car/Tractor/Motorcycle Show.
For one, the Milford Lion’s Club member organized this year’s event, which, he said, had more entries, 76, than any Milford Fest car show so far. Not only that, but his 1948 Allis Chalmers Model B tractor won the People’s Choice Award.
The big winner of the day, however, was Mike Tiltges of Syracuse, whose 1999 Ford Shelby won Best in Show. The trophy was presented by former Milford Party Pack owner Don Trammel, who has sponsored the award for the last 15 years and announced the new Party Pack owner, Nicole Dippon, would continue the tradition.
