Interra Hires Spencer, Siegwarth
WARSAW — Interra Credit Union, Goshen, announced the hiring of Robert Spencer, Warsaw, as the vice president of mortgage lending. With almost 20 years of industry experience in a variety of capacities, he is responsible for all aspects of mortgage lending, including origination, underwriting and closing.
“Our focus is in helping Interra’s members reach their financial goals through home ownership,” Spencer said.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in business finance and an MBA, both from Portland State University, Portland, Ore.
Interra Credit Union has also recently named Meegan D. Siegwarth, Huntertown, to the position of vice president of marketing and member experience. She is responsible for creating and directing the strategies for promoting and selling the credit union’s products and services, developing and integrating the brand and delivering an exceptional member experience.
In addition, Siegwarth develops and oversees the delivery of all Interra’s messaging in multiple channels and markets. As part of the senior leadership team, she helps formulate strategies to achieve goals identified in the credit union’s strategic plan.

Siegwarth previously worked at iAB Financial Bank in Fort Wayne for 17 years, most recently as the assistant vice president of marketing. She has won numerous advertising awards in the financial industry. A graduate of Ball State University, she earned a bachelor’s degree in speech communications.
