WARSAW — The Warsaw Community Public Library will be hosting the following events:
- Computer Clinic will be meeting from 10-11:30 a.m. on Wednesday, July 6 and from 4-5:30 p.m. on July. Get one-on-one help with all your computer and technology needs.
- Drop in Zone will be meeting from 2-4 p.m. Wednesday, July 6. Grades 6-12 ONLY. Drop in to play video games, board games, watch a movie and enjoy snacks!
- Off the Shelf Reading Group will be meeting from 2-3 p.m. Thursday, July 7. They will be discussing “Ordinary Grace” by William Krueger.
- Lake City Piecemakers Quilt Club will be meeting from 9:15 a.m. through 12:15 p.m. Friday, July 8.
- Cookbook Club: Fresh Fruits & Vegetables will be meeting from 10-11 a.m. Monday, July 11. What are those strange things in the store?
- The Knit & PURL Club will be meeting from 6-7:45 p.m. Monday, July 11. the club is for beginners and experts. Bring your projects, help is available.
- Writers Club will be meeting from 6:30-7:45 p.m. Monday, July 11. Topics will include: “Independence Day,” “Summer” and “Dragons.”
- Osteoarthritis Presentation will be from noon to 1 p.m. Tuesday, July 12. Definition, symptoms, risk factors, and more. The guest speaker is Jennifer Hoover, RPH, Walgreens Pharmacy. Register ahead of time.
- New Release Tuesday will be from 2-4:14 p.m. Tuesday July 12. Call or go online for title. Rated PG-13.
- Geocaching Club will meet from 6-7:30 p.m. Tuesday, July 12. Explore, find and log treasures hidden around the county, state and world. Register ahead of time.
- New Release Tuesday will be from 6-8 p.m. Tuesday, July 12. Call or go online for the title of the film that will be showing. It is rated PG.
- Make it and Take it Crafts: T-shirt Headband will meet from 10-11:39 a.m. Wednesday, July 13. Bring a t-shirt and craft a headband. Register by July 11.
- The Resume 101 class will meet from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Saturday, July 16 and from 6-7:30 p.m. Tuesday, July 26. Learn steps to create a basic resume or improve a previous resume. Register ahead of time.
- The Laptop Basics class will meet from 10-11:30 a.m. Monday, July 18. Learn the basic hardware of a laptop from the touchpad, keyboard, ports, slots, and more! Register ahead of time.
- The Lots to do in Kosciusko County presentation will be from 6-7:30 p.m. Monday, July 18. The guest speaker will be Jill Boggs, Kosciusko County Convention and Visitors Bureau. Register ahead of time.
- The Chain Gang Barbershop Quartet will perform from 6:30-7:30 p.m. Tuesday, July 19. Spreading harmony through song. Register ahead of time.
- Mini Golf at the Library will meet from 2-4 p.m. Thursday, July 21. The activity will be for grades six through 12 only. Register ahead of time.
- Card Making Class will meet from 6-7:45 p.m. Monday, July 25. The class will be making three cards. A $4 non-refundable deposit is required at registration and $4 is due at class. Register at the Reference Desk by July 22.
- Evening Book Club will be meeting from 6″30=7″30 p.m. Tuesday, July 26.
- Teen Craft will meet from 2-4 p.m. Wednesday, July 27. the class will be showing you how to craft T-shirt scarves and necklaces. Register ahead of time.
