WARSAW — Seymour Midwest, a family owned global supplier to the specialty hand tools market, has announced the purchase of a majority interest in Pendry Powder Coatings of Warsaw, IN. As a result a new company has been formed, Pendry Coatings LLC, and will continue operations without interruption. George Pendry will remain as the General Manager/Vice President of Operations.

The Pendry name has been synonymous with superior powder coatings since George Pendry founded the company in 2002. Bill Henthorn, President & CEO of Seymour Midwest, said “This new alliance will allow the Seymour Midwest organization to bring scale and support to the operation as well as providing our long handled tool customers the benefit of Pendry’s exacting standards.”
