WARSAW — Mentone EMS, Tri-County Ambulance Service and the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department were on scene at an accident on Old 30 and CR 520W, Warsaw, where a semitrailer struck two people on a moped.

One was transported by Mentone EMS and one was transported by Samaritan Air.
