WARSAW — A fundraiser for Isaiah 11 Ministry is set for Saturday, Aug. 27, at Hansen’s Eastlake Skating Center, 3010 Frontage Road, Warsaw; doors open at 4 p.m. and the bout starts at 5 p.m. The Bone City Rollers will play against the Lansing Mitten Mavens.

The Bone City Rollers’s goal is “serving our community by donating our time and resources to local charities,” according to its website. All proceeds from the bout will benefit Isaiah 11 Ministry. The team will also be collecting  dog and cat food at the door for a prize drawing.

A not-for-profit, Isaiah 11 Ministry offers counseling and life-coaching for individuals, couples and families. It is a faith-based ministry.

The roller derby team will be doing a work day from 2 to 5 p.m. Sunday, July 24, at Isaiah 11 Ministry. The team’s members will clean and enhance the cat enclosure. The team has already done one work day at the ministry’s site.
