Ada E. Miller, 77, of Nappanee, Ind., died at 4:10 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 31, 2012,  at her residence unexpectedly of natural causes.

She was born March 18, 1935, in Kosciusko County to Eli E. and Elsie (Borkholder) Miller. She was a lifetime area resident and worked as a seamstress. Ada was also a member of the Old Order Amish Church.

Surviving are sisters: Nina and Edna Miller, both of Nappanee; a brother: Owen Miller, Wakarusa; and nephews: Glen R. (Barbara) Miller, Earl R. (Viola) Miller, Marlin R. (Sharon) Miller, Everett R. (Monica) Miller, Lester R. (Naomi) Miller, Leon R. (Marlene) Miller, and Edwin R. (Martha) Miller.

She was preceded in death by her parents, infant sister Martha Miller, and a brother, Raymond Miller.

The family will receive friends after 1 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 2, and all day Saturday at Melvin Miller’s residence, 9229 N. SR 19, Napping. The funeral service will take place on Sunday, Nov. 4, also at Melvin Miller’s residence. The Home Ministry of the Old Order Amish Church will officiate.

Burial will follow at Graber Cemetery.
