Sole Case Approved At Syracuse BZA Meeting
SYRACUSE — Thomas and Julie Votaw’s petition for a variance was approved at the Thursday, Nov. 17, Syracuse Board of Zoning Appeals meeting. The variance would permit allowing an existing shed to remain, as placed, 3 foot, 3 inches from the north sideline and 9 feet, 4 inches from the right of way.
The property is located on the east side of Lake Drive at 910 S. Lake Drive.
The petition, however, was approved at 12 feet from the right of way and 5 feet from the sidelines. The condition is they can replace the existing shed with a new one, as long as it is no larger than 64 square feet in size, and that it matched the appearance of the new home.
The next meeting is at 6 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 15, at Syracuse Town Hall.
