Federoff, Kuchmay, Wilson Join Snyder Morgan Law Firm
SYRACUSE — Snyder Morgan LLP announces Scott M. Federoff, Jason M. Kuchmay and Jacque R. Wilson have joined the firm as partners. Snyder Morgan has maintained an office at 200 W. Main St., Syracuse, since 1974 and will now expand to include an office at 7127 Homestead Road, Suite B, Fort Wayne.
Federoff, Kuchmay and Wilson join Stephen R. Snyder, Randall L. Morgan and Laura E. Kaufman to provide expanded services to clients in litigation, real estate, business, estate planning and intellectual property areas and broaden their geographic presence.
The addition of Federoff, Kuchmay and Wilson will allow the firm to continue its representation of businesses and individuals in real estate, corporate, litigation and estate matters and allow the provision of additional services in intellectual property.
Federoff graduated from Indiana University – Bloomington in 1994 and obtained his juris doctor from Wake Forest University School of Law in 1997. He concentrates his practice in real estate, development, zoning and business transactional matters. He has 19 years experience in shepherding some of the more significant real estate developments in northeast Indiana and maintains a practice before many of the local zoning boards and commissions. Scott also represents clients in the acquisition of businesses and the day-to-day activities of corporations, limited liability companies and partnerships.
Kuchmay concentrates his practice in all areas of civil litigation, appeals and business transactions. He graduated from Michigan State University in 1993 and obtained his Juris Doctor from the University of Toledo College of Law in 1998, graduating magna cum laude. He is admitted to practice in all courts in Indiana. His experience includes significant business and real estate litigation matters and an extensive practice before the Indiana Natural Resources Commission regarding riparian rights.
Wilson is a registered patent attorney with the United States Patent and Trademark Office. He graduated from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology in 1996 with a degree in mechanical engineering and minors in chemical engineering and political science. He obtained his juris doctor from Indiana University McKinney School of Law in 2000. His career has been spent representing clients in all aspects of intellectual property, including trademarks, patents, copyrights and trade secret law, technology licensing and litigation in all those areas. In addition to his intellectual property work, Wilson routinely advises business clients in all operational matters.
