Warsaw Meadows Care Center Welcomes Julie Wagoner As Director Of Nursing
WARSAW — Warsaw Meadows Care Center is proud to introduce Julie Wagoner, RN, as the new Director of Nursing.
Wagoner brings to Warsaw Meadows more than 20 years of experience as a Long Term Care Surveyor for the State of Indiana. As a surveyor, Julie and her team were responsible for annual visits to skilled nursing facilities in the area to ensure the facilities were in compliance with the state guidelines.
“It speaks volumes about the care and level of customer service at Warsaw Meadows that Julie decided to join our team, after two decades of surveying skilled nursing facilities in our area,” says Jason Lenon, Director of Marketing at Warsaw Meadows. “We are so glad to have Julie on our team and look forward to seeing how her experience and perspective will add to the already great care at Warsaw Meadows.”
Wagoner and her husband, Mark, have 4 children and are members of Liberty Mills Church of the Brethren. In her spare time, she likes to read and cook.
Warsaw Meadows is an 80 bed skilled nursing facility offering industry leading Dementia care, short-term rehabilitation and general nursing care services. It is located at 300 E. Prairie St. near Downtown Warsaw.
