Cubs Baseball: Four Winds To Host World Series Rings Presentation
SOUTH BEND – The South Bend Cubs will host a World Series Championship Ring Ceremony on Tuesday, May 2 at Four Winds Field, prior to the game against the Kane County Cougars.
Chicago Cubs Director of Player Development Jarod Madison will present the reigning Midwest League Manager of the Year Jimmy Gonzalez and his staff with 2016 World Series Championship rings. Also receiving rings from the Cubs during the ceremony are Team President Joe Hart and Vice-President and General Manager Nick Brown. South Bend Cubs radio broadcaster Darin Pritchett will host the ceremonies.
Fans are encouraged to arrive early as the festivities will begin at approximately 6:35 p.m. ET. The South Bend Cubs will host the Kane County Cougars for a three-game series beginning Tuesday at Four Winds Field. Gates will open at 6:00 p.m. ET and first pitch is scheduled for 7:05 p.m. ET.
